Reviewing the development potential and options for land and buildings allows clients to make informed decisions on how/whether to progress a project, how to maximise returns and the likely costs for securing planning consent. Taken out of the hands of the Council, detailed justification is provided in support of appeals, to enable the Planning Inspectorate to consider granting consent.

Where projects have not progressed in line with a planning approval, or consent has simply not been secured, seeking professional advice swiftly is vital. Failure to act can be very costly.
Negotiation with the Council would be undertaken to avoid an Enforcement Notice being served, and if matters cannot be resolved, then an Enforcement Appeal can be submitted, with the aim to secure the necessary consent and quash the Notice.
Many Enforcement Notices have been successfully quashed or amended to allow proposals to be brought in line with an acceptable plan.
